Return & Maintenance:
This policy applies to brand new items under maintenance period only.
We are not responsible for any shipping cost incurred during the transit.

Customers may needed to return the defective product for replacement or repair. Please contact us as soon as possible with following materials:
-Please record an unboxing video started with the sealed shipper box with our shipping label in one shot. The video must be in high definition and clearly show the shipping label// Please take clear JPG images & videos showing the issue or damaged areas within 2 days upon receiving your item.
-We will pass the information provided by the customer to manufacturer for evaluation in order to further assist the customer.
-Otherwise, we will not process your issue.
-Customer needed to return the item and provide tracking to us as soon as possible after our approval.
Please kindly note that manufacturers and us are unable to assist of any product released over a period of time and minor defect of packaging during delivery. There are no return or refund allowed under this circumstances.
There are quality issues may arise of old items such as oxidation, leather issues etc. Please consider carefully before placed an order.
Pre-owned items are non-refundable and exchanged or return are not allowed.

Pre-Order Pricing: Pre-order price is fixed after you placed an order. Pre-order price will not be adjusted under any circumstance except below situations(Rarely, mandatory price change may occur on pre-order. This can happen when we received incorrect quotation or mistaken information from the manufacturer, which causing an unreasonable change in the price. We will notify affected customers to collect any additional payment or you may cancel your order.).
Pre-Order Fulfillment: We do our best to fulfil every order we received. However, some circumstances may beyond our control. In special cases, including but not limited to the manufacturer cancellation of production, suppliers providing insufficient quantity, abnormal inventory loss etc, we may cancel your order. We will notify you immediately and arrange for a full refund. Also, we distribute orders under first come, first served basis. The earlier you ordered, the earlier you received the item.
Arrival Notice & Payment: When your pre-order item is about to be released/arrived our warehouse, we will send an email regarding the pre-order arrival and provide payment details. In normal circumstances, pre-orders arrive on time. However, it can be vary between manufacturers. There could be an unexpected delay due to different factors. We are not responsible for any delay of arrival schedule. If there is an official delay announcement by the manufacturer, we will also update the news via email or social media. Customers are responsible to clear remaining payment for pre-order item within 21 days upon the date received our notification. Otherwise, order will be cancelled without any compensation or refund.

Q: When will Hot Toys release the later batch? We cannot provide a specific date since it depends on Hot Toys. It can take a few days or weeks or even months from our experience.
Q: Why my first batch pre-order haven’t been shipped yet after officially release? Our first batch pre-orders are Day1 order from Hot Toys official stores in Hong Kong. However, Hot Toys may release first few hours orders on Day1 only in first batch unfortunately. The remaining first batch order may need to wait for awhile for its arrival. We kindly ask for your patience for the waiting. We will ship according to the order sequence, first come, first served.
Q: Why haven’t you shipped my pre-order when you have in-stock available? When Hot Toys releases items in batches, this situation can occur. The in-stock item belongs to the first batch or earlier batch. We may source more stocks for sale from the market which incur higher cost at market price which are not straightly from our orders with Hot Toys. Pre-order customer will be fulfilled by our orders with Hot Toys. When Hot Toys released another batch, we will ship according to the order sequence.
Q: Do you really have the stock? Yes.We update our website based on the actual available quantity of stock. We will provide a full refund if we are ultimately unable to ship it due to different circumstances.
Q: Is the pre-order price including shipping? No. Pre-order price do not include shipping cost or taxes etc. Shipping will be calculated base on package weight when items released.
